With over 20 years of culinary experience, Marye brings the authentic flavours of Ethiopia to every dish. Trained by her grandmother in the traditional cooking methods of Addis Ababa, she ensures every recipe maintains its cultural integrity while delighting modern palates.
Nigist's journey in hospitality began in her family's traditional coffee ceremony in Ethiopia. Her warm smile and genuine care for guests create the unforgettable atmosphere that EFFOI is known for.
